Job summary

Cinos is seeking a Collaboration Consultant to join our solutions delivery team. The role focuses on deploying Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions, leading complex technical engagements, and delivering hands-on implementation across client sites.

You will work closely with Audio Visual Engineers, translate business requirements into technical designs, and ensure project milestones are met with high standards of quality and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years installing and commissioning UC equipment/systems.
• Hands-on enterprise design and deployment experience with Cisco UC components.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions and services within UC/Collaboration architecture.
• Lead complex technical engagements with Audio Visual Engineers.
• Explain technical prerequisites to clients for successful deployment.
• Produce design, test and implementation documentation per project methodology.
• Review and advise on system design drawings and changes.
• Perform pre-site staging, testing, commissioning and handover.
