Job summary

Symity is seeking a Senior UC & CC Team Lead to own and drive the design and delivery of contact centre solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of consultants and engineers, engaging with customers from presales through to deployment and ongoing support.

The role combines hands-on implementation with leadership responsibilities to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. You will guide solution architecture, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality documentation while

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering Contact Centre solutions with Anywhere365/AnywhereNow and/or Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
• Experience in a consultancy or customer-facing delivery role, ideally leading or mentoring a team of consultants/engineers.
• Deep understanding of Anywhere365/AnywhereNOW workflows, IVR design, WebAgent and reporting; Dynamics 365 Contact Center capabilities with omnichannel routing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UC & CC professional services team, providing direction and support to ensure high performance.
• Track team performance and drive continuous improvement, with timely activity reporting.
• Provide technical oversight for pre-sales engagements and end-to-end delivery including surveys, design, build and commissioning.
