Job summary

Cinos is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join our expanding Support team in Scotland. This hands-on role involves providing support for AV and Video Conferencing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a great customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the AV/VC field and is knowledgeable in AMX, Crestron systems, and Cisco codec configurations. Join our inclusive culture and work with leading collaboration technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting AV and Video Conferencing environments.
• Experience with AMX / Crestron systems.
• Knowledge of Cisco codec configurations.
• Basic IT networking knowledge.
• Experience troubleshooting Polycom and Sound Structure equipment.

Responsibilities

• Providing proactive and reactive maintenance support for AV and Video Conferencing solutions.
• Resolving technical issues in high-pressure, customer-facing environments.
• Completing service documentation and reports accurately and on time.
• Identifying opportunities for service improvements.
