Our client, who has a rich history of trading in the Lloyd’s market, both as a Syndicate and Members’ Agency, is looking for an Underwriting Operations/Support Manager to oversee a team of Underwriting Assistants focusing on data integrity.
This is an operational role with the overall objective to centralise operational activities under group operations.
They need a dynamic and forward-thinking individual with a strong background in Lloyd's insurance underwriting lifecycle and support requirements.
You must be an expert in the underwriting needs and solutions used throughout the underwriting lifecycle (e.g., Underwriting Workbench, Pricing, Data and MI reporting), with proven experience in the market.
You will have team management experience, including hiring, induction, training, and performance management, ensuring high standards. Your goal will be to work effectively across diverse teams and drive them towards common objectives.

Salary: £65,000-75,000
