Our client, who has a rich history of trading in the Lloyd’s market, both as a Syndicate and Members’ Agency, is looking for an Underwriting Operations/Support Manager to oversee a team of Underwriting Assistants focusing on data integrity.
This is an operational role aimed at centralising operational activity under group operations.
They need a dynamic, forward-thinking individual with a strong background in Lloyd's insurance underwriting lifecycle and support requirements.
You must be an expert in underwriting needs and solutions used throughout the underwriting lifecycle (e.g., Underwriting Workbench, Pricing, Data and MI reporting) with proven market experience.
Team management experience is essential, including hiring, induction, training, and performance management, with an emphasis on working effectively across diverse teams and driving them towards common goals.
