Role Overview:

As a Product Manager - Digital Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of our websites across The Adaptavist Group. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance our digital platforms, ensuring they align with technology capabilities, service requirements, and business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in driving website performance, localisation strategies, and governance while fostering strong business and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies and roadmaps for our websites, focusing on scalability, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

- Localisation Strategy: Guide and support the localisation of adaptavist.com and other brand websites, ensuring effective implementation and scaling.

- Website Governance: Establish governance standards covering legal, privacy, data capture, and other essential policies, advising stakeholders accordingly.

- Performance Optimisation: Establish and monitor KPIs for digital platforms, evaluate performance, and apply learnings to improve customer impact across sites.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, accessibility standards, and other industry norms.

- Best Practices Implementation: Drive the adoption of best practices in digital platform management, ensuring seamless interoperability and cost efficiency.

- Investment Oversight: Support budgeting, resource allocation, and cost optimisation for digital platform enhancements, ensuring strategic investment decisions.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with distributed teams to guide platform developments and support successful product delivery.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors like Sanity, overseeing business analysis, requirements, and hosting changes.

Person Specification:

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a digital/website environment.

- Strong goal orientation with a passion for turning ideas into actionable plans and results.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Strategic thinker with an ability to define success metrics and interpret complex data.

- Proactive problem solver with innovative and simple solutions for complex challenges.

- Deep understanding of project management principles and best practices.

- Strong organisational abilities and skills in managing multiple priorities.

- Understanding of both services and product go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
