This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to the full policy lifecycle from quote through bind, policy issuance and mid-term adjustments, working closely with experienced underwriters across Relm’s specialist lines of business. Qualifications

Entry-level role in specialty insurance with exposure to full policy lifecycle.
Strong numerical capability and willingness to learn underwriting processes.

Responsibilities

Support underwriters with quotes, binders, policies and related docs.
Capture underwriting and policy data accurately in internal systems.
Maintain complete and compliant underwriting files across the book of business.
Assist with policy lifecycle activities including new business, renewals and mid-term changes.
Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with underwriting and broader teams to drive efficiency and data quality.
