Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector is advantageous but not required.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to handle client information appropriately.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with clients and insurers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to AI-enabled tools such as Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Real Estate Underwriters to deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Assist Underwriters with administrative and underwriting tasks, checks, and documentation for new and renewal business.
• Support risk assessments and quotation preparation to develop technical underwriting knowledge.
• Handle policy administration and day-to-day customer inquiries to ensure smooth service delivery.
