Job summary

Saab UK in Fareham is seeking an Integration Team Lead to head the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and their supporting equipment in line with configuration documents, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.

You will lead a fast-paced production team, drive quality and reliability, coordinate with engineering and other departments, and provide hands-on guidance on testing, fault finding and commissioning to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is essential.
• Minimum HNC/HND in Electronics preferred.
• Good knowledge of fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to delivery schedules.
• Support high quality and customer requirements with thorough testing and commissioning.
