Job summary

Saab UK in Fareham is looking for an Integration Team Lead to drive the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and related equipment. You will lead a fast-paced production team, ensuring on-time delivery to customers and adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role involves coordinating with engineering and offshore commissioning activities, translating configurations into functional systems and providing expert fault finding and support as required by projects.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience essential.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced production area and ensure deadlines are met.
• Good knowledge of fibre optic termination, equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integration Team in the assembly and integration of remotely operated vehicles and supporting equipment.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and in line with delivery schedules.
• Provide offsite/offshore commissioning and customer support as required.
