Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Broughton, North Wales, offers an undergraduate Real Estate internship within the UK portfolio. You will work on master planning, lease negotiations and financial planning across sites, gaining hands-on experience in a major aerospace group.

The placement focuses on capital expenditure, space optimization and acquisitions/disposals, with exposure to Airbus units and the UK Real Estate team. Undergraduates must remain enrolled for the full duration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates only; must stay enrolled for the full duration of the placement.
• Studying Real Estate Management, Legal, Surveying or Business.
• IT literacy is required.
• Willingness to learn Airbus tools and processes.
• Interest in Supply Chain and Investment Planning (Capex).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with updates to the Master Plans for each UK site.
• Identify space optimisation opportunities.
• Support with the identification of a new workplace request.
• Produce high level executive summary.
• Assist with lease negotiation and drafting.
• Support the financial controllers with cost deviation information.
• Plan and prepare Capital Expenditure.
• Manage projects according to Airbus principles.
