Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Broughton (Wales) offers an internship within the Facilities Management and Real Estate (FMRE UK) team. The role provides exposure across the Airbus UK portfolio with reporting to the Customer Facing UK team.

You will support financial management of budgets and forecasts, participate in CapEx planning, help develop site strategies, and contribute to workplace improvement projects while learning Airbus standards and working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Studying towards FM/Business/Operations degree or equivalent.
• Excellent IT skills with Google Suite.
• Ability to base decisions on evidence and data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in working in a technical, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Support site HO Customer Facing with budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in CapEx planning and projects per Airbus principles.
• Develop site strategies around space, sustainability, and real estate.
• Lead workplace improvement projects as part of Better Workplace.
• Provide accurate reporting with transparent performance metrics.
• Build relationships across the plant to anticipate business needs.
