Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd. in Worcester offers an Undergraduate Placement Year 2027 for a Planning & Insights Intern. The 1-year, full-time placement runs 39 hours per week with a structured program across planning, MI analysis, and real-time analytics within the Contact Centre.

You will build practical experience, develop analytical and planning skills, and collaborate on cross-functional projects while contributing to customer support and operations excellence.

• Undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of degree.
• 2:1 degree or above.

Responsibilities

Our Contact Centre is a large, collaborative team focused on providing a fantastic customer experience from the very first interaction. Customers contact us through a variety of channels throughout the year, and because our demand can be highly seasonal, we continually adapt how we use our resources to meet their needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Has strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be organised and proactive, with the ability to manage different priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Is comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Hours: 39 hours per week - standard working pattern of 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak.
