Job summary

The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust in Dudley is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to support the Undergraduate Team at Russells Hall Hospital. The role focuses on planning, organising and administering medical student placements and OSCEs, ensuring smooth academic operations.

The post requires excellent organisational and communication skills to liaise with staff at all levels, students, patients and consultants within the Trust.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience.
• Experience in administration, preferably NHS or educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and administer medical student placements.
• Coordinate OSCEs for medical students.
• Communicate with staff, students, patients and consultants to ensure smooth operations.

Education
