Confidential Jobs in Oxford is seeking an experienced UK Warehousing, Logistics & Returns Manager to lead the end-to-end UK operation of our distribution centre, driving operational excellence, customer service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will oversee warehouse operations, UK transport and distribution, stock control and returns, ensuring high levels of service, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of stock control, returns and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse, logistics and returns operations.
• Drive OTIF performance, productivity, capacity and freight efficiency.
• Maintain stock accuracy and inventory control, minimising excess and obsolete stock.
• Oversee the returns process, improving turnaround times, accuracy and cost.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable efficiencies.
• Lead, coach and develop the warehouse and returns teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, customs and cross-border shipping requirements.
• Work with Procurement, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain to improve outcomes.
• Provide performance reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
