Growth Kitchen is hiring a Multi-site Operations Manager to launch new kitchen partners across the UK and ensure they cook to brand standards. You will travel to partner kitchens, train teams on our brands, and work with the onboarding and account teams to drive growth.

• Hands-on restaurant or professional kitchen experience.
• Willingness to travel across the UK most weeks.
• Strong organization and diary management.
• Clear communication for training and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to partner kitchens across the UK to train teams and launch sites.
• Train kitchen teams on food prep, cooking, and presentation for each brand.
• Plan launches and manage current week’s activities with a busy schedule.
• Perform on-site checks and help teams improve consistency.
• Troubleshoot issues with the team on site and fix problems.
