Job summary

B Kitchen in the UK is seeking a Head of Operations to drive growth from 50 sites to several hundred, owning trading performance and standards across the estate and leading regional managers day to day.

You will push for better formats, systems and ways of running sites, built for scale, with hands-on leadership, training, and the ability to travel across the UK to support openings and operations with Tesco partnerships.

Qualifications

• Senior multi-site operations experience in quick service restaurants or food-to-go.
• Track record of scaling an estate through rapid expansion and new regions.
• Experience managing managers, not just sites, with a coaching approach.
• Strong commercial grip on P&L, labour models, food cost and waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-site managers across regions.
• Own estate-wide performance: sales, labour, food cost, waste, and customer scores.
• Deliver the growth plan with openings team to get new sites trading well from day one.
• Run hub and spoke model operations to forecast and ensure timely rider delivery.
• Be the operational face of the Tesco partnership at site level.
• Improve operations by building scalable systems and standards.
• Get involved: training teams, working shifts, and being in-store.
