Growth Kitchen is hiring a Multi-site Operations Manager to launch new kitchen partners and keep them cooking to brand standards across the UK. You’ll travel to partner kitchens, train teams on our brands, and support growth after launch.

Within the Account Management group, you’ll work across multiple sites with clear progression into Account Management as you grow. The role is hands-on with varied tasks and the chance to impact partner success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on restaurant/kitchen experience
• Willing to travel across the UK weekly
• Organised with strong diary management
• Clear communicator and trainer
• Interested in the commercial side of running a kitchen
• Right to work in the UK

Responsabilités

• Travel to partner kitchens across the UK to train teams and get new sites live
• Train teams on food prep, cooking, and presentation to brand standards
• Plan launches and manage the current week's schedule
• Perform on-site checks and help teams improve accuracy
• Resolve site issues hands-on with the team
• Discuss growth opportunities with partners to increase sales
• Hand launched kitchens over to Account Managers
• Share field insights with the Onboarding team
• Represent Growth Kitchen professionally in kitchens
