Pasta Evangelists is seeking a dedicated Multisite Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple cloud kitchens across a designated area in the UK. The role involves travel between sites, managing teams, ensuring food safety and high-quality standards, and supporting the Area Manager.

It requires a hands-on leader who can work peak shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will conduct site visits, manage 2–6 sites, coach team leaders, drive KPI improvements, and contribute to

• Proven managerial experience in multi-site operations.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work evenings/weekends.
• UK driving licence required.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchens and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Conduct site visits to 2–6 sites and manage performance metrics.
• Recruit, train and develop site teams; manage absence and holidays.
