Job summary

Pasta Evangelists in the UK is seeking a hands-on Multisite Manager to lead our cloud kitchens across a designated area. You will oversee daily operations, ensure health and safety compliance, coach teams, and drive food quality across sites.

The role involves frequent site visits, travel between locations (including overnight stays), and working peak shifts, with regular collaboration with the Area Manager and People Team to meet KPIs and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• Flexible, with willingness to travel between sites including overnight stays.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple kitchens, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and food hygiene protocols.
• Conduct weekly site visits (2–6 sites) and maintain regular contact with team leaders.
• Lead recruitment, on-the-job training, and performance appraisals in line with company policy.
• Monitor KPIs, service times and customer feedback to identify improvements and drive sales.
