Job summary

Selective Search is seeking a Sales Director to own the UK technology and managed services sales strategy, reporting to the CEO, with a national remit and home-based flexibility. You will lead major new business pursuits, build and develop a national technology sales team, shape GTM plans, and negotiate contracts with C-suite clients across the UK for Managed Services, Cloud and IT Outsourcing.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Director or Head of Sales background in executive technology sales.
• Strong track record in Managed Services, Cloud, ITO or Technology Outsourcing sales.
• Experience leading field-based or home-based sales teams.
• Credible at C-suite level with a strong existing network across UK industry.

Responsibilities

• Own UK revenue targets across new business and account growth.
• Personally lead and close major Managed Services and Technology Outsourcing opportunities.
• Build and develop a national technology sales team.
• Develop and execute GTM strategy across target verticals and geographies.
• Build strong client relationships at Board and C-suite level across the UK.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring and renewal.
