Job summary

Busuu, part of the Chegg family, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner in the UK. This hybrid role blends recruiting and people operations, bringing UK employment law expertise into the Global People & Culture team and partnering with our Spain-based leader.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, draft job descriptions with AI, and guide organisational design for evolving roles while managing cross-border collaboration and hiring metrics.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle in-house recruiting across mid-to-senior roles.
• UK employment law knowledge and HR generalist expertise.
• Experience in designing job architecture and descriptions.
• Ability to coordinate across border with Spain-based Global leadership.
• Comfort using AI recruiting and HR tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, in-house recruiting across mid-to-senior roles, up to Director level, using AI-powered tools.
• Provide dedicated UK employment law and HR knowledge within People & Culture.
• Partner with ELT and define scope and job descriptions using AI-enabled drafting.
• Define talent and recruiting strategy for backfills and new roles during business planning cycles.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore recruiting support to meet hiring metrics.
