Busuu, part of the Chegg family, seeks a Senior Talent Partner in the UK for a hybrid role aligning talent acquisition with People & Culture. You will bring UK employment law expertise to support the Global People Partner and ELT, while owning full-cycle in-house recruitment and organisational design.

AI is embedded from day one, aiding sourcing, screening, scheduling, and drafting job descriptions as part of an integrated recruitment strategy across cross-border teams.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle, in-house recruiting across mid-to-senior roles.
• UK employment law and HR generalist knowledge; dedicated UK expert.
• Experience defining scope, organisational design and job descriptions with AI help.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, in-house recruiting across all roles up to Director level using AI-powered tools.
• Provide UK employment law and HR generalist guidance to the People & Culture team.
• Partner with ELT to define scope and job descriptions for new and evolving roles using AI-assisted drafting.
