Job summary

Busuu, part of Chegg, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own UK recruiting and HR partnerships within the People & Culture team. The role blends in-house full-cycle recruiting, organisational design, and AI-enabled tools to support the ELT across time zones in a hybrid UK-based setting.

You will lead UK employment law advice, build job architectures, and coordinate cross-border hiring while driving metrics like time-to-hire and source-of-hire with AI-enabled dashboards.

Qualifications

• UK employment law and HR generalist knowledge required.
• Proven full-cycle in-house recruiting experience up to Director level.
• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and AI-assisted job description drafting.
• Experience coordinating with offshore/onshore recruiting teams.
• Based in the UK with ability to partner across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, in-house recruiting across mid-to-senior roles up to Director level.
• Define talent and recruiting strategy for backfills and new roles.
• Partner with ELT leaders to design roles and job descriptions with AI tools.
• Collaborate with People Operations and offshore/onshore teams to meet hiring metrics.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications at scale using AI-enabled tools.
