Jobgether is seeking a Senior Talent Partner for a fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom. The role blends strategic recruitment with hands-on HR business partnering across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and offboarding.

You will guide leaders, modernize HR operations with AI tools, and drive change in an international environment. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Human Resources with talent acquisition and HR/People partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic HR partner to leaders and employees across departments.
• Support managers with recruitment, role definition, interviewing, evaluation and offers.
• Improve hiring processes and coach managers on interview skills and selection.
