Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Statutory Reporting Accountant for UK&I to coordinate and deliver statutory year-end financial reporting for UK entities. You will lead ETB preparation, ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS, and drive improvements in financial reporting processes.

You will collaborate with Financial Controllers, Group Finance, Tax, Legal, and external auditors, supporting accurate disclosures and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience in external audit and statutory reporting.
• Experience preparing statutory financial statements for multiple UK entities.
• Proven ability to work with international teams.
• Strong English communication skills and technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/FRS 101/UK GAAP).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable operating in a global corporate environment with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements for UK entities in line with UK GAAP and statutory requirements.
• Own the preparation/review of Extended Trial Balances (ETBs) and audit adjustments.
• Develop and govern Workiva deployment to improve efficiency, control and standardisation of reporting.
• Provide timely information to external auditors for ETBs and statutory statements.
• Coordinate with tax teams and external providers to ensure accurate tax balances.
