Job summary

Hologic in Manchester is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Commercial Contracts and Tenders team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will provide essential administrative support to the sales department and ensure smooth contracting with accurate customer master data.

You will review proposed contract content, prepare documentation and resolve issues delaying sales orders, while providing operational support to the wider sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or sales support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Professional written and spoken English; Nordic language knowledge advantageous.
• Experience with CRM software (Oracle, Salesforce) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team and finance for contracts and tenders.
• Generate accurate customer quotations.
• Review contract content for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain customer master data for accurate processing.
• Prepare contractual documentation and resolve issues delaying orders.
• Create documents, spreadsheets and reports using Word/Excel.
• Handle customer inquiries related to POs via email.
