Hologic, Inc. in Manchester is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Commercial Contracts and Tenders team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will support the sales function with contract administration, pricing and CRM data management, ensuring accurate master data and timely customer responses while preserving high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Professional level of written and spoken English; knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish advantageous.
• Experience with CRM software, Oracle, Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with contract administration and documentation.
• Review proposed contracts for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare contractual documentation and resolve issues delaying orders.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing records.
• Provide operational support to the wider sales team.
• Generate customer quotations and ensure alignment with standards.
