Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or sales support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Professional level of written and spoken English, knowledge of Swedish and/or Danish will be advantageous.
• Experience with CRM software, Oracle, Salesforce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative support to the sales department.
• Review proposed contract content to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Prepare contractual documentation and resolve issues delaying sales orders.
• Offer operational support to the wider sales team.
• Generate accurate and timely customer quotations.
