Job summary

Specialist Risk Group (SRG) is expanding its UK client base with a Development Executive role focused on growing presence in your specialist area. You will develop trusted relationships, create a robust pipeline, and work with colleagues across the Group to drive sustainable growth.

This role requires strong commercial awareness, experience in insurance or risk markets, and excellent networking and presentation skills. Travel across the UK will be required as part of building SRG's footprint.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial awareness and proven client-relations track record.
• Experience growing a portfolio in insurance, risk or related markets.
• Excellent networking and senior-stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative, cross-team approach with a commercial mindset.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients, partners and introducers.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals and pipeline activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador with insurers, affinity partners, introducers and key trading contacts.
• Share market and sector knowledge to support cross-team collaboration and referrals.
• Create and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to annual growth plans.
• Support marketing activity linked to your specialist area.
