Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd in the UK seeks an experienced senior risk management professional to build and lead a UK-wide risk proposition within commercial insurance. The role offers strategic influence, direct client engagement and the freedom to shape services from the ground up.

You will work with broking teams and clients to develop a consistent, high‑quality risk management offer, advise senior stakeholders, and grow the practice across sectors while defining processes and reporting

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in commercial insurance risk management.
Ability to shape strategy and service propositions.
Experience engaging with boards and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the UK risk management strategy.
Build a consistent, high-quality client proposition across the commercial insurance portfolio.
Provide senior-level risk management advice to clients across sectors.
Work with business owners, boards and senior operational teams.
Support broking teams with client retention and growth opportunities.
Oversee risk assessments, surveys, consultancy work and loss prevention activity.
Identify opportunities to create new services and improve client experience.
Establish processes, standards and reporting across the function.
