Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead UK retail and corporate facilities operations. You will manage store maintenance, drive improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold Apple's high standards of quality and design.

The role requires extensive facilities management experience, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to travel frequently within the UK. A mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in facilities management for retail/workplaces.
• Proven ability to develop and monitor preventative maintenance plans.
• Strong relationships with facility operation teams, utilities, and contractors.
• Experience with building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, controls, fire alarms).
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities services for Apple retail stores across the UK, with potential expansion to other regions.
• Produce reports, conduct audits, and manage work-order administration.
• Engage with Retail stores to support operational needs.
• Conduct regular site visits (min twice monthly) with travel and overnight stays as needed.
• Lead maintenance service delivery, manage vendor performance and contracts.
• Oversee budgets (Opex/Capex) and forecasting for the Geo using tools like Service Channel.
