Apple Inc. UK is seeking a Store Leader to build and guide a team in a dynamic retail environment in Cardiff. You will coach leaders, recruit and develop staff, and ensure the store delivers Apple’s priorities with excellent customer experiences.

You will model Apple's values, drive inclusion, and maintain store operations while protecting assets and ensuring high performance in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or related field.
• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required by the retail store.
• Proficient in local language (English).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to identify customer needs and deliver on Apple's priorities.
• Attract, recruit, train, develop and retain a diverse, high-performing store team.
• Develop and execute the store's operational strategy to drive business priorities and achieve performance goals.
• Set scheduling in line with program guidelines, considering business, individual and team needs.
• Ensure exceptional customer interactions and maintain high team performance; protect assets and uphold company policies.
