Job summary

Apple Retail Store is seeking a Store Leader in the United Kingdom to build and lead a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and aligns with Apple’s business priorities. You will attract, recruit, train, and retain a diverse, high-performing team while coaching leaders to achieve store goals.

You’ll foster inclusion, manage scheduling strategies in line with programme guidelines, and use business information to support Apple Retail’s vision.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and public holidays in-store.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team that identifies customers’ needs and delivers on business priorities.
• Coach and develop leaders to create high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results.
• Attract, recruit, train, develop and retain a diverse, high-performing store team.
