Job summary

Apple Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Expert to drive sales and enhance customer experience by delivering excellence in operations, inventory accuracy, and preservation activities.

You will mentor the Operations team, ensure adherence to Retail Inventory processes, and perform tasks from receiving to shipping, all while supporting a culture of inclusion and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry product within the store.
• Experience in retail or sales.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in line with Retail Inventory processes.
• Complete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Support Operations Specialists by sharing knowledge about Retail Inventory processes.
• Promote understanding of inventory performance among store team members and gather data to aid leadership decisions.
• Monitor all inventory, including non-sellable product, for accuracy and identify variance trends.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
