Job summary

Apple Retail Leeds is seeking an Operations Lead who can foster a whole-store mindset, support the Store Leadership team and energise teams to deliver exceptional customer interactions. You will help maintain operational readiness, data-informed improvements and inventory accuracy across the store.

You’ll guide teams, manage day-to-day procedures, and ensure health and safety standards while aligning with Apple’s values of inclusion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Experience mentoring or leading others.
• Proficient in the local language (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support Store Leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Lead day-to-day store operations including opening/closing.
• Monitor inventory, presentation and preservation standards.
• Communicate with team and address feedback promptly.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Assist in budget-related tasks and store performance goals.
• Support customer-facing activities as needed.
