• Strong track record of winning and growing business with clear commercial accountability.
• Experience in fresh produce sector would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage senior UK retail relationships as the primary commercial contact.
• Create and deliver the UK retail commercial strategy with clear customer, category, revenue and profitability plans.
• Own sales, margin and profitability targets and take corrective action as needed.
• Build and execute Joint Business Plans with key retail customers to drive sustainable growth.
• Identify, develop and secure new retail opportunities and manage a strong commercial pipeline.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual reviews and tender submissions.
• Manage pricing and promotions to ensure sustainable returns.
• Identify opportunities for category development and customer partnerships.
• Monitor weekly customer performance including sales, margin, forecast accuracy, and service.
