RGA is seeking a Director, UK Global Desktop Services to lead end-user technology services across the United Kingdom. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on operating responsibilities, ensuring service delivery, escalation management, and stakeholder support align with global standards.

The successful candidate will maintain high-quality user experiences, drive operational excellence, and coordinate with regional and global teams to implement sustainable technology outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in end-user computing environments within complex enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of core infrastructure services and enterprise administration.
• Ability to operate within a global service model and collaborate across regional/international teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible leadership for UK end-user technology services and ensure high service standards.
• Lead and support first- and second-line service delivery across the region.
• Own regional coordination of workplace technology and dependencies (network room readiness, power, HVAC, telephony).
• Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and service issues.
• Drive incident and problem management with root-cause analysis and remediation paths.
• Lead regional initiatives and participate in global programs with timely delivery.
