Job summary

RGA in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director, UK Global Desktop Services to lead end-user technology across the UK with a hands-on operating model. You will drive service delivery quality, incident management, and stakeholder engagement in a regional and global context.

We want a strategic leader with deep experience in end-user computing, Active Directory, desktop services, and enterprise infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Significant experience in end-user support and desktop services within a corporate environment.
• Proven leadership of regional or global IT service initiatives.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for UK end-user technology services.
• Lead desktop, laptop, printer, and local infrastructure support.
• Manage ticketing process for transparency and accountability.
• Coordinate workplace technology and office IT dependencies.
• Act as senior escalation point for incidents and service issues.
• Drive incident/problem management and root-causes analysis.
• Deliver global program components and regional initiatives.
• Engage in deployment and support of end-user hardware and software.
