GumGum, The Mindset Company™, is seeking a Digital Director, Regional UK to drive advertising sales across the North of England. Based in Manchester, you’ll prospect, negotiate, and close deals with large and mid-sized agencies, reporting to the Regional Sales Lead and working with a cross-functional pre-sales team to grow regional revenue.

This autonomous role requires a proven track record in digital advertising sales, a large book of business, and strong agency/brand relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
• Established network of regional brand and agency contacts.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape; programmatic background preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for activity tracking, client logging and pipeline reporting.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills across client hierarchy levels.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional UK revenue by managing a book of business and closing new deals with large and mid-sized agencies in the North of England.
• Generate high-volume prospecting activity including cold outreach, pitches, RFPs, and tailored sales solutions.
• Upsell existing brand and agency clients on GumGum products.
• Cultivate and expand strategic relationships across client-direct brands, media agencies and holding company teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Strategists and pre-sales to ensure proposals are executed accurately.
• Translate market and client insights back to internal product teams to refine offerings.
• Exercise independent judgment to solve client challenges and select optimal ad solutions with minimal oversight.
