Job summary

GumGum, The Mindset Company™, is seeking a Regional UK Digital Director to drive revenue by managing a large book of business across the North of England and closing new opportunities with major agencies. You’ll leverage a deep digital media background and a strong network to upsell GumGum’s product portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Lead and supported by a cross-functional pre-sales team, you will independently develop relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and translate market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience managing a large book of business and a regional contact network.
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape; programmatic background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional UK revenue by managing a book of business and closing new business across large and mid-sized agencies in the North of England.
• Generate high-volume prospecting activity: cold outreach, pitches, RFPs, tailored sales solutions.
• Upsell GumGum products to existing brand and agency clients.
• Cultivate strategic relationships across client-direct brands, media agencies, and holding company teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Client Strategists, and pre-sales to ensure proposals are executed.
• Translate market insights to internal product teams to refine platform offerings.
