Job summary

Olarm is seeking a technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer to support enterprise growth across the UK. You will bridge customers, partners, and internal teams to demonstrate value and capabilities of Olarm's security and IoT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in security or IoT environments, and the ability to collaborate with UK-based partners and sales teams. Travel within the UK is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Pre-Sales, Sales Eng, or technical customer-facing role.
• Experience in technology, IoT, security, SaaS, or connected devices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UK and SA markets is a plus; familiarity with partner networks.
• Experience supporting enterprise or channel-driven sales environments.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and collaborate across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor during enterprise and partner engagements.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with partners and internal teams.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations and solution workshops to prospects and partners.
• Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on product functionality.
• Design tailored technical recommendations and deployment guidance.
