Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. is seeking a Pre-Sales IoT Engineer to design and deliver networking and IoT solutions for customers in the UK. You will advise on devices, support integration into client solutions, and work closely with Sales and R&D teams in a hybrid Manchester-based role.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Computer Networking and/or engineering education.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Service-oriented with the ability to help others.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to document technical details.
2nd/3rd line technical support experience is a plus.
CCNA or similar certifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Be an expert advisor to employees and clients on devices/solution-related technical issues.
Provide guidance on integrating Teltonika products into client solutions and resolve challenges via tickets, emails and online meetings.
Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues from customer configurations, firmware/software.
Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions.
Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
Act as a link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers to resolve complex technical challenges.
Work with Sales Managers in a customer-facing role, involving travel, on-site meetings and online support.
