Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented UK Senior Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team. You will oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations, validate calculations, and collaborate with our external payroll vendor to ensure compliant, timely processing.

You will leverage advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Workday, and case management tools to automate data validation and resolve employee queries, while driving continuous process improvements across the UK payroll function.

Qualifications

• Proven direct experience in UK Payroll Operations (in-house or vendor side).
• In-depth UK tax calculations, NI, salary sacrifice schemes, wagetype setup, and payroll projects.
• Hands-on experience with core HRIS (Workday) and case management platforms (ServiceNow).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets formulas and AI-driven automation for data validation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, review, and execute UK payroll processing and data submission to the vendor.
• Collaborate with external payroll vendor to monitor SLAs and payroll cycles.
• Address employee compensation queries and resolve escalations with WFA teams.
• Drive process excellence through documentation, automation, and data validation.
• Track service metrics and SLA performance for internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations, tax laws, NI standards, and ethics.
