Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled UK Senior Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team. The role focuses on end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensuring accurate data, validating calculations, and collaborating with our external vendor to maintain compliance.

You will optimize processes, manage SLAs, and support payrolling benefits and salary sacrifice schemes, while leveraging Excel/Sheets and AI tools to drive automation and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven direct experience in UK payroll operations (in-house or vendor side).
• Deep knowledge of UK tax, NI, salary sacrifice, and wagetype setup.
• Experience with Workday and case management platforms (ServiceNow).
• Strong data validation and process automation skills with Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, review, and execute accurate UK payroll processing.
• Coordinate with our external payroll vendor to monitor SLAs and payroll cycles.
• Act as a key contact for employee compensation queries and resolve escalations with WFA teams.
• Document, review, and refine payroll processes; drive automation and accuracy.
• Monitor service metrics and compliance with UK payroll regulations.
