Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented UK Senior Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll team. You will oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensure accurate data, validate calculations, and liaise with our external payroll vendor.

Responsibilities include monitoring SLAs, automating processes with Excel/Sheets, and handling employee queries while ensuring compliance with UK regulations. This is a remote role across eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in UK Payroll Operations (in-house or vendor side).
• Technical knowledge of UK tax calculations, National Insurance, salary sacrifice and wagetype setup.
• Experience with core HRIS and case management platforms; strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, prepare, review, and execute accurate UK payroll processing.
• Partner with external payroll vendor to monitor SLAs and payroll cycles.
• Serve as a main contact for employee compensation queries and collaborate with WFA teams to resolve escalations.
