Job summary

Nanosonics is seeking a Business Support & Operations Manager for the UK to lead the UK operations support team, optimize order management, logistics, and office operations, and ensure quality and compliance. You will manage a small team, coordinate with IT for Day 1 readiness, and collaborate across UK/EMEA to support the wider business.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, administration, order management, logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing or leading a team, with a genuine interest in developing people.
• Experience managing the flow of goods and data, purchasing and/or inventory.
• Experience using ERP systems is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience within the medical device, MedTech, healthcare or another highly regulated environment would be advantageous.
• Experience working within a sales or commercial environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the UK office, maintaining a professional, welcoming and collaborative environment.
• Provide operational and administrative support across the UK business, with wider EMEA responsibilities where required.
• Support onboarding of new colleagues, coordinating with IT to ensure equipment and systems are ready for Day 1.
• Support projects and initiatives across the wider EMEA business.
• Lead and support a team of two, providing clear direction, coaching and day-to-day guidance.
• Set clear expectations and objectives and support the team to deliver high-quality, timely and customer-focused outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative team culture aligned with Nanosonics’ values.
