Job summary

AutomateNexus LLC is seeking a Director of UK Operations to lead the company's expansion in the United Kingdom and Europe. The role combines strategic market development with hands-on delivery, acting as the face of the business in the UK and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

You will build client relationships, close deals, manage UK-based engagements, oversee delivery, recruit and onboard contractors or staff, and align UK operations with global teams while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced business degree required or equivalent.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred or equivalent.
• Experience leading UK/EU market expansion and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a UK/EU market strategy aligned with company growth goals.
• Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities in the region.
• Oversee delivery of UK/EU client projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Build and lead a UK-based team and contractor network.
• Manage regional P&L and report on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment, tax, and business regulations.
