JobandTalent is seeking an Onsite Account Manager in the Coleshill area to join our onsite team and manage local client relationships. Salary is £30,000–£32,000 per year with Monday–Friday hours and potential weekend work during peak periods, based at Hams Hall.

The candidate will be part of an onsite team, delivering our service to the client, overseeing staffing levels, agency management, and recruitment planning. Strong English skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite operations with staffing levels, agency management and client needs.
• Forecast recruitment pipeline and assist with onsite planning.
• Support and manage agency attendance levels, disciplinaries and ad hoc duties.
• Conduct registration sessions per site recruitment plan and own site processes.

Onsite Account Manager - Full Time

We are recruiting for an onsite Account Manager to join our team at Hams Hall Coleshill for our client a leading 3PL based at B46 1AL. Experience as an account manager, onsite manager, or consultant is required but full training will be provided.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak

Salary : £30,000 to £32,000 per year

Key Duties as an Onsite Account Manager

• To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of JobandTalent
• Working as part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team
• Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs
• Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning
• Supporting and managing agency colleagues' attendance levels, disciplinaries and ad hoc duties
• Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site’s recruitment plan
• To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes

As an Onsite Account Manager, you will need to have:
