Gap Personnel Limited is seeking an ambitious Onsite Account Manager based in the Bristol office, with 1-2 days per week onsite checks. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, and the role involves managing a key onsite client and driving recruitment and workforce planning.

You will build strong relationships, analyse trends, and present insights while collaborating with internal teams to ensure top service. A competitive salary plus bonus, pension, and training opportunities are offered.

Responsabilités

• Managing and developing relationships with a key onsite client.

Location:Based in the Bristol office, BS32 - onsite client check in's required 1-2 times a week, BS40 (Blagdon)
Hours:8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing relationships with a key onsite client
• Taking ownership of recruitment and workforce management activities
• Conducting regular customer meetings, presentations, and service reviews
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Managing customer forecasts and working closely with supply chain teams to maximise fulfilment
• Producing and maintaining accurate management information and reporting for weekly and monthly reviews
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service levels and add value to the client relationship

What We're Looking For

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within industrial recruitment
• Ability to analyse data and spot trends, opportunities, and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
